01 · Agreement Framework

Contract-Bound Services

System availability and configuration are governed exclusively by executed Master Services Agreements or mutually signed Statements of Work.

02 · Assets & IP

Enterprise Data Ownership

The client owns and retains full, unconditional rights over all data processed, vectorized files, and model inferences. Zynolabs retains its underlying architectural frameworks.

03 · Environment Boundary

Siloed Deployments

Every client deployment operates inside an independent boundary instance. Shared multi-tenant processing layers are prohibited without specialized written authorization.

04 · Operational Scope

Accountability Rules

System operators manage platform uptime and performance continuity. The client assumes ultimate control over training inputs and validating outputs.

05 · Financial Risks

Liability Mitigations

Client liabilities for indirect or direct systemic issues are explicitly restricted by signed contracts and capped at the amount of operational fees paid during the trailing period.

06 · Dispute Settlement

Contract Enforcement

Applicable legal terms, operational structures, and resolution clauses are defined exclusively in formal enterprise contracts. This online summary exists for policy transparency.
