Who we are

Zynolabs USA, LLC runs this website, zynolabs.com. Write to mail@zynolabs.com with any question about this policy.

This policy covers this website, including what its Contact form sends to Sidekick. It does not cover the rest of Sidekick, or any work we do for clients.

When you visit

Your browser asks Vercel, the company that hosts this site, for each page. Like any web host, Vercel receives your IP address and details about your browser with each request. It can tell roughly where you are from the IP address, and may keep these details in its logs to run and protect its service.

So that the home page opens at once, your browser may start loading it as soon as you point at a link to it. Vercel may then log a visit to the home page that you never made.

Everything a page needs comes from this site itself. It loads no scripts, fonts or images from other companies, and it carries no analytics, advertising or social media trackers.

The site sets no cookies. So that moving between pages looks right, it keeps a few small notes in your browser’s session storage: the moment one page hands over to the next, and on the Systems page, which card you opened and how far you had scrolled, so that coming back returns you to the same place. They say nothing about who you are and never leave your browser. Closing the tab clears them. On the home page, which section you have open is kept the same way, in the tab’s history.

Search runs in your browser. Opening it loads the glossary’s list of terms from this site, and what you type is never sent to us.

When you write to us

The Contact page asks for your name, your work email and your organization, and lets you add your industry, what you need, where it has to run and what you are working on. When you press Send, what you wrote goes to Sidekick, our own system for working with clients, at sidekick.zynolabs.com. Vercel hosts Sidekick and Neon stores its data, in the United States. Sidekick keeps what you wrote, the page you sent it from and when, and records the organization you name as a company. It does not keep your IP address or details about your browser. To stop abuse, it keeps a one-way fingerprint of your IP address for 24 hours, which cannot be turned back into the address.

The brief on the Diagnose page sends nothing itself. Your answers are carried to the Contact page inside your browser, and reach us only if you send them from there.

If you write to mail@zynolabs.com, your email reaches our inbox. Our email runs on Google Workspace, which stores it for us.

We use what you send to reply to you and, if we work together, to do that work. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising. Only the people at Zynolabs who need it to answer you read it. Apart from the services named here, which run Sidekick and our email, we share it only when the law requires it.

We keep what you send for as long as we need it to reply to you and to keep a record of our conversations.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, and have us correct or delete it. Write to mail@zynolabs.com and we will do it, unless the law requires us to keep something.

Children

This site is for organizations and is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
