Control Gravity

Zynolabs' term for the pull that enterprise policies, standards, ownership, and observability must exert across every layer of a system.

Control Gravity is Zynolabs' term for the force that enterprise policies, standards, ownership, and observability must exert consistently across every horizon of a system: business, operations, and infrastructure.

When Control Gravity is strong, a decision made in the boardroom stays enforceable all the way down to the infrastructure that executes it. Standards are not suggestions; they are properties of the architecture. When it is weak, transformation drifts: teams diverge from the design, vendors substitute their defaults for your policies, and technical drag accumulates until execution stalls.

Control Gravity is a central concept in the Zynolabs DX Map, where it binds the Triple Horizon Architecture together. It is the difference between governance that exists on paper and governance that is physically enforced by the systems people use every day.
